Coronavirus: EMA organises third public hearing on new COVID-19 vaccines

date: 22/03/2021

The European Medicines Agency (EMA) will organise a third public hearing on 26 March 2021 to inform European citizens about the assessment, approval, safety and impact of the COVID-19 vaccines in the EU.

The public hearing will be an opportunity to inform citizens about the COVID-19 vaccines already approved and those currently under evaluation, to provide information on the follow-up of the vaccines since their approval and ongoing projects to address the new variants and to outline the expected impact of the COVID-19 vaccination on society. Participants will also be able to share their views and expectations and raise any concerns.

The meeting will be held online and is open to all citizens. The meeting will be broadcast live.

The agenda of the event is available on the EMA website.
