The indexed amounts of fees and payments for the missions of the Federal Agency for Medicines and Health Products (FAMHP) were published in the “Moniteur belge” on 13/11/2008 in accordance with Article 30 § 10 last paragraph of the law 7 May 2004 relating to experiments on human persons and in accordance with Article 13a § 2 d last paragraph of the Law of 25 March 1964 on medicines.
The amounts above € 100 are rounded to the nearest unit: the amount of xxx,01 to xxx,50 to the lower unit and the amount of xxx,51 to xxx,99 to the next.
For "registration" (including the five-year renewals), if more charges are due for a dossier, the amounts will be added with decimals and the total will be rounded.
The tables below show the amounts due for the different missions of the FAMHP since 01.01.2009.
